How We Work With Employers
The Gabbi Process

01
Risk assessment as an employee benefit
- Fill the much-needed gap in women's healthcare by offering Gabbi as a benefit to your employees
- Employees learn their risk of breast cancer, something often overlooked in regular healthcare visits, through an in-depth risk assessment that takes less than five minutes

02
Virtual visits with a specialist in breast health
- After learning their risk, employees can book a same-week 30 minute virtual visit with a nurse practitioner, specializing in breast health
- An employee's specialist will review their results, determine if any testing is needed, and come up with a care plan to manage risk over time
- Gabbi is in-network with major insurances and visits typically are the cost of a co-pay to the employee

03
Quick access to needed testing or imaging
- If genetic tests or imaging are needed, the provider will schedule the employee at convenient, in-network locations or order at-home testing
- Gabbi will follow up with the employee to ensure testing is completed and help deal with insurance

04
Management of ongoing care
- Once results are received, employees with have a follow-up with their Gabbi provider, who will review results and discuss any updates to their care plan
- Gabbi will manage the employee's ongoing breast health management, ensuring their are no gaps in their care
Early detection saves lives and money.
- Late stage treatment costs employers 4x more than early detection per employee.
- 1 in 3 women are diagnosed at a later stage.
- 99%: the survival rate when breast cancer is caught early.
- Breast cancer incidence is increasing in women under 50.

Employee Reviews
What employees are saying about Gabbi
“Gabbi puts so much thought and care into every interaction. Even with a family history of breast cancer, it had been frustratingly difficult to get a mammogram or genetic but through Gabbi, I was able to get both, which had felt impossible before.”

“I always knew I might be at a higher risk because my grandmother had breast cancer, but my doctor could never tell me what I needed to do to be proactive. Gabbi made it super easy to understand what I can do about it and now I have a plan.”

“I had concerning symptoms and didn’t know where to go for answers. My Gabbi provider really held me by the hand and explained why I was having symptoms. They found a local clinic for a low cost breast exam and scheduled a mammogram. I'd be lost without Gabbi!”

Patient Story
How we helped Kristy, Age 31
- Despite a significant family history of breast cancer, Kristy never learned her risk of breast cancer.
- With Gabbi, she learned she was High risk and did genetic testing to confirm she carries a BARD1 mutation, significantly increasing her risk of breast cancer.
- A Gabbi specialist developed a high-risk management plan, including preventative measures such as a referral to a breast surgeon, family genetic testing, and frequent monitoring every few months through increased surveillance.
Gabbi closed critical gaps in Kristy’s care, providing her with a clear, proactive plan and empowering her to take charge of her health.
