Mary Durland, MSN, NP
Mary has over 15 years of experience in women's health and obtained her BSN in 2009 from UTHSC in Memphis, and her MSN in 2018 from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She prioritizes counseling patients and advocating for appropriate and timely breast cancer screening. She encourages patients to make changes in lifestyle factors to lower their risk.

Tia Robinson, DNP, APRN
Tia is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health. She earned her bachelor's in nursing degree from South Carolina State University and completed training in women's health at the University of South Alabama. Tia is passionate about women's and public health.

Courtney Tepedino, WHNP
Courtney, a board-certified NP who earned her nursing and master's degree from Stony Brook University, truly understands the emotional and physical challenges of breast cancer, having supported multiple family members through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. She gives women tools to reduce their risk and is passionate about genetic testing, as she herself has a gene that may increase her risk.

Courtney Van Valkenburg, NP
Courtney Van Valkenburg is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, with a bachelor's in nursing from Capital University and a master's degree in nursing from Boston College. She has personal experience having a close family member with breast cancer and ovarian cancer, as well as many patients she has cared for over the years. She is dedicated to educating and empowering her patients to not only advocate for themselves, but also incorporate lifestyle changes to help decrease their overall risk.

Dr. Mindy Goldman
Dr. Mindy Goldman is a gynecologist with particular expertise in providing gynecologic care for both women with breast cancer and women at risk of breast cancer. Dr. Goldman earned her medical degree from the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont. She completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UCSF.

Dr. Amy Cooper
Dr. Amy Cooper is a Gynecologic Oncologist in Boise, ID with over 23 years of experience in women's health. She specializes in the treatment of cancers that exclusively or disproportionately affect women, and is a leading authority on multi-modality intervention for cancer patients. Dr. Cooper offers surgical expertise with a specific interest in robotic surgery. She is also a fourth generation physician who loves developing strong, long-term relationships with patients.

Dr. Lindsey McIlvena
Dr. Lindsey McIlvena has completed her medical training at University of Missouri, her internship in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics in Phoenix, and her Preventive Medicine Residency & Masters in Public Health at Loma Linda University. She has worn many hats including private practice owner, startup cofounder & medical director and is passionate about improving access to affordable care, lifestyle medicine, and disease prevention.

What to expect in a visit

Assess personal risk
- During a 30 minute virtual visit, a specialist will review a woman's risk of breast cancer with them
- They'll explain the specific factors that are driving their risk, from family and medical history to lifestyle habits

My relative was diagnosed, should I get tested?
How can I reduce my personal risk?

Create a personal care plan
- After reviewing a woman's risk and answering questions, their specialists will share a personalized care plan
- Care plans include steps to reduce their individual risk, recommended testing or imaging, and an ongoing plan to manage their risk over time

Tests ordered & scheduled
- If additional testing or imaging is recommended, their specialist will order them for them at the most convenient & cost-effective in-network locations
- We're with them every step of the way – they'll return for a follow-up visit to review any test results and regular check-ins depending on the care plan recommended for them
